Refund Policy
Reel Adventures and/or guides shall reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary subject to prevailing conditions and due to any unforeseen circumstances. (e.g. political instability, weather, etc.
Refunds are not applicable if below requirements are not met
- Day Trips – 48 hours’ notice (If the weather is not suitable, client can reschedule or get a refund)
- Weekend Packages – 14 days’ notice prior to departure date
- Extended Packages – 30 days’ notice prior to departure date
Disclaimer
All kayaks have relevant safety equipment, buoyancy certificates and are checked by our guide prior to each outing.
All equipment is to be treated with respect and returned in the same condition.
Reel Adventures and/or guides are not liable for any injury, loss of property, injury or death whilst on any of our trips.
Reel Adventures and/or hosts are not liable for any damage to property and/or breakages whilst staying at any of our hosts. The individual responsible will be fully liable.
All guides are trained in First Aid and have access to first aid kits and have all relevant emergency contact numbers.
It is up to the client to notify our guide of any medical conditions or food allergies/requirements prior to departure.
